The Caja Notarial de Seguridad Social (Notarial Social Security Fund) is a non-governmental public law organization, intended to provide social security coverage to a group of notaries public with compulsory membership.
The Institute’s Pension Management System aims to control member contributions (“Montepío Notarial”, a notarial fiscal stamp), and retiree benefits (retirement and pensions, sickness benefits, funeral allowances, and health benefits).
For this project, we developed and implemented a revised pension management system, which involved a profound reengineering of its core processes.
We worked on the affiliate management component, which integrates validation, suspension, and confirmation processes. “Papel notarial” includes the process of requesting, delivering, and authorizing notarized papers. Additionally, digitalization was included to improve efficiency and security
